Product Description

Main Composition:  Lincomycin Hydrochloride

Description: This product is white or almost white powder.

Pharmacological Actions:

Lincosamide antibiotics. Lincomycin belongs to the lincosamide group. It has a strong effect on Gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus hemolyticus and Pneumococcus, and has inhibitory effects on anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium tetani and Bacillus perfringens. Effect; weaker on mycoplasma. It also has a certain effect on Treponema swine dysentery and Toxoplasma gondii. Gram-negative aerobic bacteria are usually not sensitive. Oral administration of animals is fast but incomplete, and the bioavailability of oral administration of pigs is 20%-50%. Part of the drug is metabolized in the liver, and the original drug and its metabolites are excreted through bile, urine and milk.


Function and Use:
Lincosamide antibiotics. It is used for the treatment of gram-positive bacteria infections in pigs and chickens, such as swine dysentery, chicken necrotizing enteritis, etc. It can also be used for mycoplasma infections in pigs and chickens.

Dosage and Administration: 
Based on this product. Mixed drinking: per 1L of water, 0.4~0.7g for pigs, continuous use for 7 days; 1.5g for chickens, continuous use for 5-10 days.


Adverse Reactions:
This product has neuromuscular blocking effect.

Precautions:
(1) Banned during laying hens.
(2) Animals that are allergic to this product or have been infected with Candida are prohibited.

Withdrawal Period:  5 days for pigs and chickens.
